Barassi, Curl & Abraham, P.L.C. has extensive experience assisting and advising families in the probate process, including preparation of the petition for the probate of the will and the appointment of the executor or administrator of the estate, preparation of all necessary documents and accountings, preparation of the petition for final distribution of the estate, and advice and assistance throughout the period of administration.
